Existing Condition Assessment and Proposed Modernization
Each site in the Gilroy Unified School District was visited by the architectural team to evaluate the qualitative condition of buildings and site elements. These site visits documented existing conditions and established a baseline for proposed upgrades.
The modernization projects outlined in the Master Plan are informed not only by these assessments, but also by district-provided data, coordination with facilities and maintenance staff, meetings with school principals, and community engagement feedback.
